With this Joint Venture (JV) and its successful African Technical Assistance (ATA) fund raising of $12,375. ARC will implement infrastructures (systems and processes) that will result in better management of the poultry using measurable data and position ARC to raise future capital for planned growth. The JV creator’s preference is no more than 6% interest rate on the loan.
