As an individual or entity joining a JV to invest resources, you share the risk and resources with the Project Sponsor/FJV. Thus, you are privy to all information available and you will be provided with access to transactions. In this arrangement, you, the investor, are making the JV decisions together with the Project Sponsor/FJV.
